Through his work at KELOLAND Television, Doug Lund has been a daily guest in the homes of thousands of South Dakotans for 32 years. Doug Lund started his career as a commercial announce at KELO-TV in 1974. He joined the news team at KELOLAND in in 1975 where he and Steve Hemmingson co-anchored the 10 PM newscast.  Lund and Hemmingson would co-anchor the 6 PM newscast from 1977-2002. Lund was later moved to the 5 PM newscast. Lund was awarded the Tom Brokaw Award in 2006. His last newscast was broadcasted on December 29th, 2006.
